On Christmas Day, my friend Brady suffered a seizure and was rushed to RMC in Anniston. After a series of tests, including a CT and MRI, doctors discovered a very large mass in his brain. He was quickly transported by ambulance to UAB and admitted into the Neuro ICU, where another scan confirmed the need for urgent surgery. Brady is scheduled to have the tumor removed on January 5, 2026, and the days leading up to this have been filled with uncertainty and worry for everyone who cares about him.

Unfortunately, Brady’s insurance from RMC did not take effect until December 28th, leaving him with significant medical bills from the ER visit, Neuro ICU stay, and ambulance ride. On top of these unexpected expenses, Brady will be out of work for at least a month as he recovers from surgery. He will also need help with transportation, since he won’t be able to drive for six months, and he still has his regular monthly bills to pay. The financial burden is overwhelming, and he needs our help to get through this challenging time.

Brady is one of the most generous people I know. He takes care of not only the people he loves, but also total strangers, every single day. Now it’s our turn to take care of him.
