On September 6, our dear friend Brad Drover was admitted to the Mazankowski Heart Institute in Edmonton, Alberta. He is currently under the care of a dedicated team of doctors and nurses who are working around the clock to provide the treatment and support his heart urgently needs.

As you can imagine, this has been a frightening and overwhelming time for Brad. Many friends and family members have reached out asking how they can help, and in response, we’ve created this fundraising page as a way for us all to support him together.

While we won’t go into detail out of respect for Brad’s privacy, we can share that his heart recovery journey will be a long one. All we know right know is that he will be off work for the next few months, at least. The funds raised here will go directly toward easing his burdens during this difficult time—whether that means helping with bills, easing day-to-day expenses or helping lower the out of pocket expense of his medications.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will help make Brad’s road to recovery a little less stressful. More importantly, it will remind him that he is surrounded by love and care.

We know Brad will feel deeply grateful for the generosity and kindness shown by his community. Please keep Brad and his family in your thoughts and prayers as he focuses on healing.
