My brother Bradley, age 32, has always been a dedicated and hardworking person. After graduating college, he built a career in law enforcement and security, never once facing unemployment. But last year, everything changed when he unexpectedly developed advanced heart failure. In May 2025, Bradley was admitted to Washington National Hospital Center after experiencing repeated episodes of shortness of breath and swelling. He endured multiple invasive tests, and doctors discovered his heart was functioning at only a fifth of its normal capacity. In June 2025, Bradley underwent open heart surgery to have a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implanted. This device is now keeping him alive while he waits for his heart to recover or for a possible transplant. Heart failure has taken a huge toll on Bradley’s life. He is no longer able to work, and the financial strain on our family has been overwhelming. Despite the physical and emotional challenges, Bradley remains hopeful, but the burden of mounting bills and daily expenses is heavy. We are doing everything we can to support him, but we simply cannot cover all the costs on our own. Any assistance you can provide will make a real difference in Bradley’s life. Your support will help cover his medical bills, housing, and food while he focuses on recovery. We are deeply grateful for any help, and would be so thankful if you could also share this fundraiser with others who might be able to lend a hand. Thank you for standing with Bradley and our family during this difficult time.
