Brad Lybrand was more than just a coworker—he was my partner at Newquest Properties in Houston and a true friend to many. Throughout his career, Brad earned numerous accolades and was well known and respected throughout the brokerage community. His dedication, integrity, and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

Recently, Brad was admitted to the hospital, and his health took an unexpected turn for the worse. Tragically, he passed away on February 27th, leaving behind his beloved wife, Cindy, and their 19-year-old daughter. The loss has deeply affected all of us who knew him, and our hearts go out to his family during this incredibly difficult time.
