UPDATE 2/18/26: On February 18th, 2026, at 1:05am, Booker went to be with Jesus. He was surrounded by loved ones who are still reeling with the reality of him being gone. It is so hard to see someone be taken out of this world when they have been so full of life and vitality.

All donations will go to Booker's wife Jamie. I expect there will still be medical bills, funeral or end of life celebration costs, and she will need to rebuild her life without him. Thank you to those who have donated. Any further donations will also go to Jamie. I plan on keeping this up for at least another month. inital post: Booker Nagely, my uncle, suffered a severe stroke on February 9th, 2026, and was urgently flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Since then, he has remained unconscious, enduring multiple strokes and undergoing several procedures to remove blood clots. He is still intubated and fighting for his life, and the uncertainty has been incredibly hard for his family and everyone who cares about him.

Booker is self-employed and was in the middle of a busy season for work when this happened. His wife Jamie, his son Quinn, his daughters Sarah and Kaycee, and all his family are devastated by the sudden turn of events. The road ahead will be long and challenging, and things will not be the same as before. When Booker wakes up, he will face a difficult journey to recovery, and the financial strain from medical bills and lost income is already weighing heavily on his loved ones.
