It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the unexpected passing of my sister-in-law, Bonnie. Bonnie passed away suddenly on Thursday at the hospital. What began as a visit for what she thought was pneumonia turned out to be a pulmonary embolism, and despite the best efforts of the medical team, she could not be saved. Bonnie was a devoted mother, Nina, daughter, sister, and auntie. Her loss has left a deep void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved her.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that comes with losing someone so dear, there are also significant financial burdens. Bonnie did not have health or life insurance, and her sons, Jerry Lee and Dawson, are now faced with the responsibility of covering funeral expenses and hospital bills. We are hoping to raise funds to help ease this burden and allow them to focus on grieving and healing, rather than worrying about finances.

To know Bonnie was to love her. She was always willing to help and be there for anyone in need. In times of sadness and loss, we can come together as a community to support one another.
