Support for Bob and David Todisco

Eight years ago my sister Dee and her family endured the traumatic loss of their son Michael. Today, another life changing situation is before them and I have started this GOFUNDME for them to try to ease the burden of what lies ahead.

My brother in law Bob, was diagnosed last year with throat cancer. After months of treatment, an appointment two weeks ago revealed the cancer had returned and he is scheduled for major surgery on March 5 to remove his larynx. This surgery is the only option for Bob and it is our hope, it will rid him of the cancer in his throat. The surgery comes with risk and comes with the partial if not all, loss of his speech.

My nephew David, is the main caregiver and has not been able to work during this time. David has been home caring for his Dad for the last 9 months and will continue to do so during his recovery once he is home from the hospital in a couple weeks. The purpose of this GOFUNDME is to help with everyday living expenses which will allow David to continue to stay by Bob’s side daily with out the worry of bills piling up. I also want to let Bob know we are thinking and praying for him and sending healing wishes his way while he fights this awful disease.
