Dear friends, family, and long-time customers,

My name is Sarah, I am Bob’s daughter. I am heartbroken to share that we recently and unexpectedly lost Allison White, my dad’s devoted wife of 28 years. She passed away on January 26th in Chandler, Arizona.

Allison was a unique and wonderful woman. While she spent 30 years in Arizona, she never let go of her New York spice! She was a talented business-owner, partner, and had a way of turning strangers into friends and family. She loved to spend time with her family, whether it be connecting virtually every week with her family back on the East Coast, or her & Dad taking us ‘kids’ to dinner and a movie every Thursday night. She was fun and easy to talk to about little things, or serious life challenges. Allison loved to laugh, and her laugh was contagious! She and my dad built a beautiful life together. I don’t like to call her my step-mom because she was in my earliest memories - she was a second Mom. With Allison gone, we are left with a big hole in our hearts and worlds.

As we grieve, my father is also facing the unexpected financial strain of her final arrangements, as well as losing his business partner - all while navigating his own health issues. Only 1 week after her passing, Dad was in the hospital dealing with a hernia and arranging for an emergency surgery - which is taking place a day before Allison’s Celebration of Life. At times, it is overwhelming.

I have started this GoFundMe on behalf of my Dad in an effort to help cover the costs of Allison’s cremation, her Celebration of Life, and to help my dad during this difficult transition.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us give Allison a dignified farewell, and provide some relief for my Dad as he navigates life without his wife. If you can’t donate, sharing this page with your network would mean the world to us.
