Dear friends,

I’m an old friend of Margaret Rada's and I'm writing this appeal to you with the blessing of her family. As we all come to terms with the loss of Margaret, I invite you to contribute to a fund to benefit her son, Blake, in lieu of flowers. As she fought cancer for seven years, Margaret managed extraordinarily well with limited financial resources. In her absence, we ask that her community consider helping Blake as he encounters expenses in the coming years. He’s been a steadfast cheerleader and caregiver, all while excelling as a student and athlete (and enduring a hurricane that devastated their hometown this year). Of all her accomplishments, raising this remarkable young man is the one she held closest to her heart. Please consider a donation to support him in her memory.
