With heavy hearts and infinite love, we remember the radiant life of Madison “Birdie” Barbieri — an extraordinary 8-year-old girl whose light shone far beyond her years. Birdie touched countless lives both near and far, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, joy, and a spirit that will never be forgotten.

From the moment you met her, Birdie’s charismatic character and sparkling, vibrant personality filled the room. She had a way of making everyone feel special, seen, and loved. Whether it was her gentle hugs, her infectious and unforgettable smile — the kind that warmed your soul — Birdie had a gift for bringing sunshine into even the cloudiest of days.

She was truly a beautiful soul with a tender heart, one who embraced the world with kindness, curiosity, and an unshakable sparkle in her eyes. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the joy she spread will echo in our hearts forever.

As Friends of the Barbieri Family, we are coming together to honor Birdie’s life and help her family through this unimaginable time. All donations will go directly toward funeral expenses and associated service costs as we celebrate the life of this remarkable little girl.

Any funds remaining after these costs will be solely donated in Birdie’s name to the Marfan Foundation, a cause close to the family’s heart, to help other children and families affected by this condition.
