My cousin, Biagio Kauvil, was the purest soul and a kind person to everyone he met. He had been working so hard to rebuild his life and was truly on a great path. Biagio struggled with mental health, and in a moment of need, he called the police for help. Tragically, instead of receiving the support he needed, the situation ended with his life being taken. He leaves behind his loving mother and four younger siblings, all of whom are devastated by this loss.

Our family is now facing the unimaginable task of saying goodbye to Biagio. The funds raised will go directly toward funeral expenses, as well as hotel stays for the family while their home is being cleaned after the incident. Anything remaining will help support his mother and siblings as they try to find stability and healing in the aftermath of this tragedy. No amount of money can bring Biagio back, but easing the financial burden will allow us to focus on grieving and supporting each other.
