Hi y'all,

This year has been one of so much joy, surprises, and unfortunately, pain. Four weeks after giving birth to our son Adrian, I ended up having to get my gallbladder removed, which was sudden and unexpected. Jeremy took time off work to care for me through my recovery as well as care for our children since I was down for the count. Recovery was going well for the first week, but that did not last as I started experiencing excruciating pain every time I ate. This has resulted in me being back in the hospital in the adult acute care for 3 days with Transaminitis, and tomorrow (3/16) I will be having another procedure to correct my bile duct that is curved at a 90-degree angle.

Because of all of this, Jeremy has had to take more time off work as he goes back and forth from the hospital and home, and he will more than likely continue to do so until this is resolved. We are so blessed by the support of our friends and family and are so thankful for any help that we receive.
