Hello, my name is Courtney Cathey. My father was Benny Ray Manning, born 2-12-1962. He was on his mini bike riding in Copperas Cove/Kempner on December 26th around sunset. Someone ran into him and killed him; they kept going and left the scene. I'm lost for words. I can't even begin to explain how messed up this is. It was so sudden and unexpected, and I'm not prepared for this. My mother died 2 years ago, and now I have no parents left. I just need whatever help you can provide to get him cremated.
