Two weeks ago Ben was admitted to Regions Hospital for severe jaundice.  Due to complications Ben fell into organ failure, of his liver and kidney.  Ben has developed C Diff (Clostridium difficile) and most recently Sepsis which has now reached his blood stream.

Unfortunately, due to the time that the body needs to heal, transplant is not an option.  Ben is in an incredible amount of pain and will be transferred home for hospice care beginning today. (5/25/19)
