We have a terrible and tragic update...

A little over a week ago, Kelvin and his family suffered another unfathomable loss. His second of only two kids was killed. He has now lost both of his sons in the past 6 months. Clearly there are no words or deeds that can make him and his family whole again, but we do hope that we can help by raising some money to help with some of the financial burden they now face.

Heritage Properties relies on its trusted and reliable contractors to successfully operate our business. One of our most beloved and cherished contractors and friend is Kelvin Phillips with All Co. Construction. He has been our primary contractor for many dozens of projects, both big and small. We have worked closely together for these past years to grow both of our businesses together. We genuinely cannot imagine our business without him as a key integral part of it. 

Last week, Kelvin suffered a terrible and tragic loss with the murder of his fist born, Kelvin Phillips, Jr.

Kelvin Phillips, Jr. was a beloved son and young father. The family is obviously heartbroken by this tragic event. 

We are hoping that we find a way to offer Kelvin and his family some additional financial support beyond our own contributions. While his family and network have been giving him strong love and emotional support, they are very limited in their ability to financially help. Any contribution that you are willing and able to provide to support would be greatly appreciated by Kelvin, his family, and by us. 

Here is the humble plea for support that Kelvin and his family put out:

"On Wednesday August 1st, 2018 I lost my first born son, Kelvin to gun violence. These past few days making the arrangements have been difficult to say the least.  

I have been able to handle the affairs and plan the services with the love and support of family and friends. 

So many of you have reached out to see what, if anything can be done to help.

Any donations will be used in the days and months ahead.  I plan to do something to honor my son, as well as be sure that his son can carry on his father's legacy in a positive way.
