My wife Becky and I are facing a very difficult time right now. Since September 2024, Becky has been in and out of the hospital more times than I can count. Her medical issues have become so severe that she has lost her ability to walk and is now bedridden all the time. We need a care-giver every day, which is a significant expense, and it’s something we simply can’t go without.

I work hard every day in real estate, but lately, deals just aren’t closing. Our savings are being used up quickly, and while we live modestly and receive Social Security, it doesn’t come close to covering our monthly needs.
