**URGENT** Funds needed for housing, meals, & other essentials - UF Health Shands Hospital

Posting on behalf of the family. I am a family friend, 100% of all donations will go directly to the family.

Rebecca is just 29 years old, her story is any parent's worst nightmare: She collapsed suddenly over the weekend and has been unresponsive in a local hospital ever since. Many, many tests have been done, but no answers and no improvement so far.

As of Monday, Aug 18th, she has (thankfully!) just been accepted to transfer to UF Health Shands ICU where the family desperately hopes more can be done.

I am asking for everyone's support to help take care of a few weeks of lodging and meals so the family can focus entirely on Becca.

The family lives nearly 200 miles from UF so commuting several times a day would be impossible. Any/all support, prayers, thoughts are welcome. What they are going through is unimaginable.

Rebecca is pure light. Always positive, quick with a smile, her laughter fills up a room. Her kindness and warmth are felt by all who know her, she is the glue that holds her family together. Now, she is in her greatest time of need.

**Please note** Thankfully Rebecca has health insurance, so while I'm sure there will be medical expenses that won't be covered, right now, we are raising to support her family so they can be by her side during this incredibly challenging time. Updates will be posted as we are able to provide them.
