Almost none of you will know this, but recently my sister Ceairra, her boyfriend Jordan, and their four-month-old son Beaux’s world was turned upside down. Ceairra and Beaux fell down the stairs in their home they just recently moved into. While Ceairra was thankfully unharmed, Beaux wasn’t so lucky. He had to be put on a medevac flight to Seattle Children’s Hospital, where he was rushed in for brain surgery. The surgery went as well as it could have, and now begins the long process of healing for Beaux and the rest of our family. Beaux is expected to be hospitalized for weeks or possibly even months.

While sadness and grief are going to have to run their course, the medical bills, rent, hotel, food, and the rest of their normal bills aren’t going to stop and wait. The financial burden is going to be overwhelming for them. Every bit of support will help them focus on Beaux’s healing without the constant worry of how to make ends meet.
