Hi, I’m Emily, and my family is going through a tough time.

Our 3/5 beloved dogs, including Beans, our special-needs pup who is blind, deaf, and has epilepsy is needing surgery in her future. It’s not immediate but it will also be based on her eyes, once both lose color, she will require surgery to remove both eyes. So it could be needed randomly as we don’t know the prognosis of her Merle ocular dysgenesis (a common medical issue amongst double Merle dogs).

On top of that, our home has thrown us another challenge: a failed boiler, leaving us with a $22k repair bill 1 month after my 3rd surgery. Between these emergencies and our ongoing health problems, it feels like we’re constantly struggling just to keep everything together.
