Support for basic utilities in KCMO

Dear friends,

I am writing today for your financial support to reach the $1700 benchmark to have water and gas (heat) restored ASAP in house my grandmother purchased in the 1940’s in Kansas City, Missouri (pictured above). 

I have recently relocated here (again) from Oakland, then Brooklyn, and inherited a huge clean-up situation and unforeseen and overwhelming expenses to the tune of: 

• A $3300 water bill, 
• $1140 electricity bill, 
• $875 house tax,
  
• $25 bill to restore gas  and a
• $150 for recycling fees and incidentals.
  

The yard is looking much better!
