Support for Barley's Final Vet Costs

My cat Barley passed away very unexpectedly on April 5th. We don't really know why; he wasn't responding to any of the medications provided and the vets could only provide an educated guess of lymphoma. He fell ill on March 28th. His last meow was on the 30th. I spent all of my time monitoring him, taking him to the vet, administering medicine, syringe feeding him, cleaning off his little face which was suddenly constantly caked with eye and nose discharge, and cleaning up the thick mucous coming from his mouth. Throughout all of it, he tried his best to do his normal cat things. He wanted to eat but he couldn't smell, so he didn't understand that there was food in his dish. He continued to greet visitors. I just moved and my only visitors were the inhome vet and a couple of maintenance guys, but Barley still wanted to be involved in everything going on. He still wanted snuggles and kisses from his mommy. I tried so hard but on Saturday his blood pressure and temperature started to drop, and I made the exceptionally difficult decision to let him go. I sang to him and cuddled him and kissed him right up until the end. I wasn't ready for this, emotionally or financially. I moved to provide a better life for him and my other cat Trixie and now he's gone. I am left with 5 vet visits to pay for and a home that feels far less happy than the day we arrived.
I am grateful for whatever help you can give. I appreciate everyone's concern for Barleycat's health. He had a big personality and liked everybody. I miss him so very much.
