Hi there! I'm asking for help on behalf of my friend Ivy and her silly and cute cat, Bandi. Ivy rescued him in 2014 and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Being certified as an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), Bandi is a crucial part of Ivy’s life.

We’re asking for help and support because Bandi has cancer.

Bandi was diagnosed with spindle cell sarcoma early December after a growth developed on his jaw. Bandi has a few treatment options to get through this but they, unfortunately, come with costs. They include: removing half of his lower jaw, standard chemotherapy, or electrochemotherapy.

Electrochemotherapy treatment gives Bandi a very positive success rate with very minimal side effects. Each session costs $4,900. Receiving 2-3 sessions would give Bandi the best outcome. The goal as of right now is to raise enough so that Bandi could get through at least his first session of electrochemotherapy.

We are unfortunately racing against the clock, the veterinarian advised that the sessions should start before the end of January.

Bandi is the sweetest, friendliest, and funniest cat to have ever stepped with his big fuzzy paws on this planet.
