Help us Lay Bryson to rest ♥

Hi everyone, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and at 20 weeks our baby boy was diagnosed with several heart defects. Transposition of the great arteries, VSD and ebsteins anomaly. He's going to have to go straight to the NICU at UVA once he's born. As you can imagine this is any mother's worse fear. I'm scared out of my mind. I'm not one to ask for help but at this time I could really use all the help I can get. We live a hour away from the hospital and have 2 other children. We will need to travel back and forth and it's gonna cost money and bills will need to be payed as hubby will be missing work. Also I have gestational diabetes and could use help with getting supplies when needed. I'm stressed beyond measures.
