My goddaughter Alondra and her husband Dante have experienced an unimaginable loss. Their baby boy, Timothy Caballero, was born at just 6 months, weighing less than 2 pounds. From the moment he arrived, Timothy showed incredible strength, spending over two months at Stanford Medical Center and enduring several surgeries due to an infection in his intestines. Despite the tireless efforts of his medical team and the unwavering love of his parents, Timothy passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

This loss has left Alondra and Dante heartbroken. During Timothy’s time in the hospital, Alondra was unable to work so she could be by her son’s side every day. Now, as they face the pain of saying goodbye, they are also confronted with the financial burden of funeral expenses and the costs that have built up during these difficult months.
