Support for Baby Rico's Memorial

Baby Rico came into this world as a fighter, born premature with several complications. He spent his first few months in the hospital, but our sweet boy pushed through and was thriving. Then, his battle became harder. He stopped eating and grew weak. After nearly a month in the hospital, as his condition continued to decline, we finally received a diagnosis: GM1-Gangliosidosis, a rare genetic disorder that destroys nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.

Baby Rico’s fight has come to an end. Our hearts are shattered. There are no words to describe the pain of losing him, and my heart aches so deeply. Please continue to pray for our family as we grieve the loss of our beautiful baby boy. Rest in love, sweet Rico. You will always be in our hearts.
