Support for Baby Neriah: A Call for Help

###THE LIFE OF BABY NERIAH###

My name is Alison, and I am reaching out to share the heartbreaking story of my stepson's daughter, baby Neriah. Born on the 27th of May, 2024, in Kingston, Jamaica, her life was filled with the hope and love that every new life brings. However, from the moment she was born, instead of being at home surrounded by her family, Neriah spent her brief life in the hospital, connected to tubes. What should have been a joyful time for her parents soon turned into a nightmare.

On the 29th of September 2024, after months of fighting for her life, baby Neriah tragically passed away. We believe that her untimely death was avoidable and that negligence at the hospital played a significant role. We are devastated by this loss and want to do everything in our power to get the answers we deserve.

###HOW FUNDS WILL BE USED###

I am raising funds not only to help ease the financial burden of Neriah’s funeral on her grieving parents but also to launch an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding her death. Our goal is to raise £2,500, which will help cover the funeral costs and fund the legal steps needed to investigate the negligence we believe contributed to this tragedy. These funds will be given to my stepson.
