My name is Andrea and I am raising money on behalf of Rebekah Klinger, Matthew Wargo, and their nine year old son, Liam.

As of Saturday evening, Rebekah and Matthew’s world has come to a tragic halt. Matthew found the couple’s 2 month old baby girl unresponsive and not breathing while she was napping. Madison’s mother, Rebekah began CPR immediately and continued performing CPR until they arrived at the hospital. Baby Madison was life flighted to Janet Weis Children’s Hospital in Danville, Pa. It was discovered that a small brain bleed from a traumatic delivery had continued to slowly bleed unbeknownst to her family. She was a happy, alert baby and had been meeting all of her milestones. There were absolutely no signs or symptoms of this that had stood out to her family. Medical staff worked on Madison for a half hour to get her heart started. She is currently ventilated but the family has been informed that there is no brain activity and the family has had to make the most heartbreaking decision to take her off of the ventilator and donate her organs. I spoke to Madison’s grandmother tonight, and this family of course is just absolutely devastated. Her grandmother, Serena already lost a son at the age of 18, so they have already been through so much. They adored this beautiful little baby girl and now with how cruel life is, they are having to face the unimaginable.
