It is with a very heavy heart that we are sharing the tragic news of the passing of Brittany Alexandria Torres. Mother to Baby Luis Ezra, daughter to Jacqueline Sanchez and Daniel Torres, and friend to many.

Brittany found her purpose when she became a mom. She loved kids and was a wonderful mom and teacher. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was nurturing and loved her nephew KJ. Brittany was spontaneous, loving, funny, outgoing, gentle, caring, big hearted, full of life, kind, and had a beautiful smile.

As with any unexpected death, there are many expenses incurred by the surviving family. The tragic circumstances of Brittany’s passing has lead to her mother, Jackie, to seek custody of her baby, Luis. The legal fees that go along with something of this nature, as well as the cost of temporary housing in Amarillo during this time are far beyond what anyone plans for. Due to these expenses we, her friends, co-workers and loved ones, are starting this go fund me campaign to raise money that can be used to cover these expenses for the foreseeable future and to help with the transitional expenses that come along with getting set up to care for a baby.
