Hi my name is Paul Taliaferro, I am writing to share some personal news and to ask for your support during this challenging time.

Recently, Lilly was born prematurely, and while we are incredibly grateful for her arrival, the premature birth has come with significant medical complications. She is currently in the NICU, and the medical expenses, and living expenses for momma are overwhelming.

My niece, Chelsea had packed up her apartment to make the move to FL to be with family for the pregnancy and birth of little Lilly. After packing the her belongings, and ready to start the transition from North Carolina to FL, she started to have seizures and was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment, having a hard time controlling the seizures, the doctors decided that they needed to perform emergent C-section to save the baby. Baby Lilly born at 28 weeks gestation weighing 1 pound 11 ounces.

My sister Maria was able to fly from FL to be there to support her daughter and granddaughter Lilly. My sister and niece are living in a hotel beside the hospital until little Lilly is stable enough to endure the life flight from NC to FL.
