Baby Jayden was born in 2024 and lives in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines with a number of serious health challenges. Due to a lack of oxygen while he was still in his mother’s womb, Jayden was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Doctors later discovered that he is both deaf and blind. He also suffers from epilepsy. In addition to these challenges, Jayden suffers from laryngomalacia, which means he cannot breathe on his own without a tracheostomy tube.

The doctor also is now recommending that Baby Jayden undergo a procedure called Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) which is a minimally invasive medical procedure used to insert a flexible feeding tube (PEG tube) directly through the abdominal wall into the stomach.

Jayden’s family has been doing everything they can to care for him, but their situation became even more difficult when their small store—their only source of income—was robbed last year. Now, they are facing overwhelming medical and financial challenges, all while trying to provide for Jayden and his older brother.

The funds raised will go directly toward Baby Jayden’s medical care, daily needs, and to help support Jayden's family as they navigate this incredibly tough time. Any amount you can spare would mean so much and would greatly help Jayden and his family during this difficult time.

You can watch a 30 minute video on Baby Jayden and his mother on Facebook. It was broadcast on a local Filipino news channel.

This gofundme has been set up by Jayden's cousin and her fiancé from America.
