James Michael Jetton and Abbie Lethgo are facing one of the most challenging times of their lives. Their newborn son, Baby Hudson, was born with Dextra Cardio, a hole in his heart, and Pulmonary Atresia. Shortly after birth, Hudson had to be airlifted to a special hospital far from home to receive the urgent care he needs. With their baby in critical condition, James and Abbie have had to leave their jobs and relocate temporarily to be by Hudson’s side, making it impossible for them to work right now.

The couple has three other children—twins and a six-year-old—who are being lovingly cared for by family members while James and Abbie focus on Hudson’s health. The distance from home and the hospital means commuting isn’t possible, and their family of six is struggling to make ends meet. They are currently surviving on their tax return, but with rent, utilities, and daily living expenses piling up, the financial strain is overwhelming. They also hope to purchase a used crossover vehicle, as their current car only seats five and isn’t big enough for three car seats and their growing family.
