I am writing this on behalf of my cousin Shannon.

On the 15th of July Shannon and Steven welcomed a beautiful baby girl 6 weeks early. Freya had a rough start and stayed 17 days in the NICU being looked after by some wonderful nurses, she smashed all of her goals and finally was able to go home. Freya got to finally meet her big brother's Jackson (5) and Harri (18m) who were so proud of their little sister. Freya's grandparents were finally able to hold her after a long wait and were smitten instantly.

Freya tragically passed away September 1st leaving our family completely devastated.

Due to the trauma that they have been through the family is unable to return to their home and are staying with family, Shannon is having to travel to and from Swansea to be with her mother as she is her biggest support during this awful time and needs help with planning Freya's send off, as you can imagine this is getting expensive and Shannon is mentally exhausted.

Jackson and Harri are completely unsettled and are struggling with the fact they had a baby sister and now she's gone and they don't understand why.

The money raised from this Go Fund Me page will go entirely to Freya’s funeral as the family can only afford so much on their own. Anything that you can donate to help Shannon and her family pay for a funeral for this beautiful baby girl is appreciated.
