My name is Norlene Ibahay, and I am writing on behalf of my baby cousin Elise Catherine Unabia who was born on March 15, 2026, at 10:26 AM through a cesarean section, and developed respiratory distress, and resulted in cardiac failure. Baby Elise needed to be admitted to the (Neonatal-Intensive-Care-Unit). But due to a lack of financial resources from the family, Baby Elise’ treatment was delayed. I am kindly asking you all for any monetary help in lieu of my baby cousin, who is unable to get the care she needs to be able to survive. My family is in much dire need of any type of assistance. Being that they are currently living in a third world country, they are desperate for any type of financial support. Everyday that baby Elise is in the hospital left untreated, she will continue to suffer.
