At just eight months pregnant, Sharlae faced a terrifying emergency. She was airlifted to Mayo Hospital in Rochester, where doctors performed an emergency c-section. Her baby girl, Charlie Rose, was born on April 19th, weighing only 4 pounds and 1/2 ounce. Soon after birth, Charlie Rose was diagnosed with coarctation, a serious heart condition that meant her heart was not functioning properly. She spent two weeks in the NICU, fighting bravely, before needing emergency heart surgery on May 2nd. Now, Charlie Rose is recovering in the Cardiovascular ICU, surrounded by her loving parents, Sharlae and Ross, who are doing everything they can to support her.
This journey has been incredibly difficult for Sharlae and Ross. The emotional and financial toll of extended hospital stays, emergency surgeries, and time away from work has been overwhelming. The family is facing mounting medical bills and the stress of lost income, all while trying to stay strong for Charlie Rose.
Your support can make a world of difference. By contributing, you can help ease the financial burden so this family can focus on what matters most—caring for their precious little girl. Please consider helping them during this critical time. Every donation, no matter the size, brings hope and relief to a family in need.
