Baby Baily was born prematurely with medical complications and is currently in the NICU at the U of A Hospital in Edmonton. Her parents, Ronna and Dustin, are staying at Ronald McDonald House while caring for their young son and traveling back and forth to the hospital every day. With the possibility of surgery ahead and no clear idea how long they’ll need to stay, their expenses are adding up quickly.

Any support will help this young family stay close to their baby during her fight for health.

Ronna and Dustin Knutsen were sent to Edmonton after doctors discovered medical concerns with their baby during pregnancy. Their daughter, Baby Baily, arrived early due to these complications and is now receiving specialized care in the NICU at the University of Alberta Hospital.

The family has been staying at Ronald McDonald House, making daily trips to and from the hospital so they can spend every possible moment with their precious girl. Between caring for their toddler, handling the emotional weight of the NICU, and navigating the uncertainty surrounding Baily’s health, this has been an incredibly difficult time.

Baby Baily may still require surgery to address the issues she was born with, and the family will need to remain in Edmonton until she is strong enough to come home. The ongoing travel, meals, lost income, and day-to-day living costs have put a heavy financial strain on them, and their funds are beginning to run low.
