Axel Trollinger. Axel was born prematurely on July 4, 2026, and from the very beginning he has faced more than any baby should have to. He had trouble breathing on his own and spent 12 days in the NICU while we stayed by his side every moment we could. After finally bringing him home, we only had one week with him before he was readmitted to the hospital and spent another 7 days in the PICU because of more health issues. As parents, we have done everything we can to be there for Axel through every scary moment, while also trying to care for our Three other young children at home.

Because of Axel’s hospital stays and illness, We have had to take time away from work, and we have fallen behind on bills. He is also having to do DAILY weight checks and appointments at the doctor’s office until we can find out what is going on exactly. We are asking for support to help with household expenses, medical bills not covered by insurance, and the needs of Axel’s siblings at home.
