Hello everyone. My name is Holly Lamm and I am raising funds for my son Austin. Austin is an SDA(special needs) teacher and he needs your help. He has been dealing with severe DVT's in his legs for 5 years. He has had to undergo multiple procedures, the last one being on April 24, 2025. After the procedure, he became paralyzed due to the doctors over-sedating him during the procedure. It took over 12 hours for the anesthesia to start to wear off enough for him to be able to move. Three days later, he suffered severe swelling in that leg that required him to go back to the hospital for further treatment. While there, he suffered a cardiac arrest from the stress this has taken on his body. He was quickly resuscitated and recovered. The doctors told us there is nothing more they can do. His clots have become cemented in the stints. He is currently unable to work until cleared by his doctor which will take some time. We are hoping that he will be able to return to work, but in the meantime, bills are piling up and now he might get evicted from his apartment.
