Audrie Pelosi, a cornerstone of the local climbing, cycling, and snowboarding scene, passed away at Devil's Lake State Park on May 30th, 2026. She was such a bright light in this world and brought so much joy to everyone she interacted with.

Audrie moved to Baraboo when she met Jimmy, a friend and coworker of mine, who I'm pretty sure was absolutely floored when he found out someone like her existed. They met at a snowboarding event and got married at Mount Bohemia shortly after. Everyone who knows them knows that they were made for each other - I have never met a more rad couple.

In my last conversation with Audrie, she joked about selling her handmade bike chain link earrings to anyone who wanted them for "free.99". It was such a simple statement made in passing, but it perfectly encapsulated who she was as a person. Even when she didn't have much, she would give things away freely without hesitation, whether that was earrings, a smile, a laugh, a quick bike tune up, or a belay.

Please consider giving to Jimmy and the rest of her family to help cover any costs they may incur during her burial and service ❤️

Whenever they are ready, the funds from this fundraiser will be transferred to Jimmy through the GoFundMe platform so that he can use them accordingly.
