Hi, this is Aimee & Matt Kolis. As some of you may know, we lost our sister in law, Aubrey Kolis on Saturday, June 1st.

Aubrey had been fighting years of medical issues. Things seemed to be looking up and positive for her, but all of that quickly changed in recent weeks and days. It has been a very emotional roller coaster for her family. She fought so hard to be with them and sadly lost that fight yesterday afternoon.

Aubrey was a dedicated wife, mother , sister, and aunt. We lost a family member, but most importantly our brother lost his wife and best friend. Their children, our niece and nephew, Payton (14) & Ivan (12) lost their mom far too early.

We are organizing this fund on behalf of our family to help Ryan and the kids to offset the costs of funeral arrangements & memorial services to honor the life of their mom and wife. In recent days Ryan has been traveling back and forth to doctors appointments with and for Aubrey, and to hospitals from Boston to Albany and everywhere in between. We are trying to help alleviate anything we can for him while he manages to keep their kids and family together while grieving this loss.
