My mom, Asuncion “Abet” Misa, was one of the most loving and selfless people I know. She always put others before herself and had a deep faith in God. She went to church every day and was always saying, “Praise Jesus,” no matter what she was going through. She was always happy, always smiling, and loved her family and friends so much.

A few days before Thanksgiving 2025, she suffered a major stroke, her third and worst. She became nonverbal and couldn't move her right side. Despite her strength and faith, she passed away on April 17. Our family is now facing significant medical bills and funeral expenses. This has been an incredibly difficult time for us, both emotionally and financially.
