Hello friends and family. A few months ago my dad was hospitalized from a heart attack. He was able to come home, but now comes the next chapter of the journey. Next week, April 16th, my dad will be having open heart surgery to have a valve transplant and to hopefully correct his atrial fibrillation. He will also have a procedure on his carotid artery while they do the transplant.

I am an only child, and my parents are my world. I’m rasing funds to try and help relieve some of the stress on both my dad and mom. I will be taking time off work to help my mom get back and forth to Stanford hospital during this time. The funds will go to his treatment, accommodations for my mom during dads surgery and recovery, and any support they need while my dad is out of work.
