Support for Ashley Anderson

My name is Morgan Schmincke and I'm fundraising for Ashley Anderson. Ashley is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. She always strives to remain positive even when times are tough. I had the privilege of working closely with Ashley for several years and she needs our support.

Ashley worked in an elementary school with special education students requiring significant support and was injured in November 2021. She went through extensive physical therapy and time out of work to recover. Ashley had knee surgery in June 2022 and extensive physical therapy. In November 2022 she was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) resulting from the knee surgery.

Ashley has spent 2023 trying all available nerve medications for pain, including spinal blocks and stimulators. Unfortunately, nothing has helped alleviate the pain. Ashley's medical team is recommending Ketamine infusions but they are not covered by insurance. There are two clinics specializing in CRPS located in NY and FL which may be able to help. She's lost use of her legs, left arm, and left hand at this time. Ashley is currently unable to work.

All funds raised will go toward helping Ashley access treatments in hopes of finding pain relief. Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and support for Ashley.
