Support for Arit family

This is a fund raiser for the husband and 9-year old daughter of my Aunt Beth. My Aunt passed away on Sept 17, 2021 in Thailand where she lived and worked as a school teacher. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2018 and went through surgery for it. But early this year the cancer was discovered in her liver. It caused her liver to fail drastically and produced excess fluids all the way up to her lungs. It affected her breathing needless to say she lost a lot of weight. She was in and out of the hospital for the past few months and had to stop working. She became fully dependent on her husband for everything. Because of the pandemic his teaching loads had to be reduced which reduced his salary. Hospitalization drained all their finances and they decided as a family to fly back home to the Philippines for good to hopefully get better care and assistance. Because of the pandemic the soonest flights they could book was for Sept. 14. A day before their supposed flight the husband tested positive for covid and had to quarantine/isolate for 14 days as per protocol. Leaving my Aunt and their 9-year old daughter in their apartment. They've been blessed to have a friend and neighbor that would look after them and attend to their needs. Sadly, a few days after her husband went to quarantine on Sept. 17 her health completely gave up and she passed away without her husband by her side. She had to be cremated as it is Thailand's protocol due to the pandemic with the husband still in quarantine. The pain of losing her is unbearable for us much to say for the husband and their daughter. He just got out of quarantine on Sept. 28 and rescheduled to fly back home to the Philippines on Oct. 20 with their daughter and my aunt's ashes. He and his daughter will start a new life. My aunt's hospitalization and illness not to mention her passing crippled their finances. I am appealing to your willingness to give and help my uncle and his 9 year old daughter get a new start in this life.
