Hey, my name is Sam and I am running this GoFundMe for my best friend, Argie. 10+ years ago she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which changed her life forever. Over the years she has been in and out of different treatments + hospital visits.

This past year her health took a turn when she received a major health diagnosis which has had her in and out of the hospital constantly. She's had numerous week-long stays in the hospital + has numerous doctor visits every single week, which in turn has caused her to miss a LOT of work.

Her journey to recovery isn't close to being over... she has a big surgery coming up soon which will be followed up with additional surgeries and a lot more doctor appointments. As you all know, life is awfully expensive right now and unfortunately, you don't get paid to have an illness.

If you know Argie, you know she has the biggest heart and goes above and beyond for every person she loves, without question. Even in times like this. She is the definition of selfless and would literally give you the shirt off her back if you needed it.
