Support for Araki Family

Shigeru Araki passed away peacefully at 12:22am PST on December 4th at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma. He was in the hospital due to Covid complications and his last breaths were taken off the ventilator with our mom and Rebecca (his daughter) in the room while the rest of the immediate family were present via Zoom, giving love and encouragement. 
Our Papa dedicated his life to serving others. He had a love for God and books, and a subtle humor that would catch you by surprise. He raised five headstrong daughters (almost as stubborn as he was) and spent every day trying to make this world a better place. Thank you so much for supporting our family and especially our mom, Diane Araki, during this time. All donations will go towards funeral and medical expenses.
