Anwar Nora Cortez passed away suddenly on Friday, April 18, 2025 in his home in Detroit, Michigan at the young age of 42 years old. He was a wonderful son to Danny and Ann Cortez, as well as a loving father to 3 children, and a great brother and friend.

Arrangements for a memorial are currently underway. In the meantime we are asking for support from our community to help ease the financial burden of funeral and memorial costs.
