Hello everyone! As many of you know, Janesville received some disastrous weather this past week. Many pictures and videos of the damage from throughout the community have been shared and it is truly horrifying to see.

My sister, Anna, and her two little girls have been evacuated from their home due to damage caused by the most recent storm. Thankfully, they are able to stay with family nearby. They experienced floor to ceiling water in their basement. Aside from the countless sentimental memories that were stored in the basement, they also lost a sensory/play area, their furnace, and washer & dryer. All power, gas, and water has been turned off at the house since Friday (4/17) night.

Unfortunately, insurance will not cover any of these losses. We are thankful for friends & family who have already helped with the initial clean up and trying to figure out next steps to get Anna & the girls back home. Any donations to help replace the lost furnace, washer & dryer, & to make repairs to the home are greatly appreciated!!
