Support for Anna and Peter Mantell

Friends of our community’s beloved Anna and Peter Mantell,

Thank you so much for the outpouring of care for Anna and Peter. At the suggestion of many of you, we have set up a gofundme for Peter and Anna. Your generosity will help alleviate financial burdens for Peter and his family, as they now plan for Ann’s services and other needs. In the words of Peter that he shared not long ago,

“For her entire life, Anna has fed us all in so many different ways. Not just physically, but with her emotional and compassionate self, her innate decency, and her unquenchable thirst for justice. She has taught us all by her example what it means to be a beloved child of God, a human being, to love one another… And let's not forget that she has also taught SOME of us how to make a perfect gravy, delicious broth, amazing chicken cutlets, and so very much more! And perhaps most importantly of all, she has done all of these things with a song in her heart, belting out “badass for Jesus” music. Know that Anna loves you and appreciates all you have meant to her over the years.”
