We are heartbroken to share the loss of our beloved Angela Geel (Dowling), who recently lost her long and difficult battle with mental health challenges and substance use disorder.

Angela was a compassionate and dedicated nurse who cared deeply for the residents and patients she served. She showed that same care in her personal life as well, always showing up to family gatherings and events and making the people around her feel special and loved.

Outside of work, Angela loved spending time outdoors. Camping and being surrounded by nature were some of the things that brought her the most peace and happiness.

Most importantly, Angela was a mother. She leaves behind two beautiful children who meant the world to her: Lucas Dowling, age 15, and Amelia Dowling, age 5. They will carry her love with them always, and we hope to honor Angela’s memory in a way they can be proud of.

Our family is raising funds to help cover Angela’s funeral and memorial expenses. During this incredibly difficult time, we want to give her the respectful and loving farewell she deserves while supporting the family she leaves behind.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help with these costs. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden on our family.
