It is with heavy hearts that we share that Andrew and Kayla Gibson’s daughter, Leah Ruth, was born sleeping on 12/3/25 at almost 39 weeks gestation.

This incomprehensible loss has obviously come as a devastating shock to the Gibsons, as Kayla and baby Leah were healthy and everyone was anticipating her arrival.

In addition to the pain and grief they are experiencing, they are now left with the added financial stress of laying their precious baby girl to rest. No one plans for these things, because you truly don’t think it will happen to you until it does.

Please consider a donation to this sweet family to lay Leah to rest and also to allow them time off work for Kayla to heal physically, and for them to grieve as a family together without the worry of finances.

Kayla works as a pediatric nurse, and Andrew is a school protection officer. They have dedicated their lives to the care and protection of others- let’s extend that same compassion and care to them.
